lengineers Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 (edited) Hello This is my latest Moc, a RType inspired gunship with its front/back shield. It's modular (body / cockpit / shield) and articulated (wings, taps, tips, head) Have more details on flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/lengineers/sets/72157630450109936/ And feel free to support the Lego Cuusoo project at http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/20318 Edited July 12, 2012 by lengineers Quote
TenorPenny Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 It's a little bit busy, that is to say it's complex and there's a LOT going on, but it certainly has the R-Type vibe. Quote
soccerkid6 Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Cool gunship, the way you can mover the different parts of it is really cool The overall shape is pretty neat too Quote
Si-MOCs Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 The over all shape is definitely different and works well for you. The articulation in the wings is neat and creates a great shape. I'm not too fond of the articulated head... the third picture is a bit odd to me - why would a ship need to bend like that? or is it suppose to be a vertical launch ship? and requires that angle to load to load the pilot in? Maybe if you wrote up a bit more story - and explained why/where this came from the articulation would make a bit more sense Also very nice base - great usage of that piece! Quote

Thank you guys for your feedback. I understand the 3rd pic looks odd, it's just to showcase how far the articulation can go and the dragon's teeth from a profile shot. I'll replace that pic. Quote
