LDD not showing textures on bricks

As the title says, there are no outlines or textures on bricks. I place a minifigure head and it just is blank orange blob... is there any way to remedy this?

EDIT: To clarify, I am using Windows XP. It works fine on my Vista computer.

Ah, I fohe problem. This old XP rig couldn't handle the high resolution settings I had on LDD, so it instead compensated by removing all the brick's textures. I just had to turn off the higher end options and now it looks better.

Sometimes doing the opposite does help! Mods, sorry about this: please lock and delete.
