Skyp is a nice little program, I've had it for like a year or two. Possibly, I would like to have a text chat maybe a voice chat, that is if anyone here has one. I suppose text chat could be done with AIM or MSN Messanger (I don't have that though), but not so much a voice chat. So here is my question: Who has it here? Would you like to post your screename here, please?

The problem with these "confernece calls" is that you don't see each other, there's a certain lag in the connection(s), no one really knows when the other(s) are finished, and so you always have two or more people talking at the same time, stopping all of a sudden to be polite and let the other one speak and... well, chaos...

I'm not really a fan of that...

I do have skype but barely use it. My wife uses it to chat with her sister who lives in the States. Good way for cheap (i.e. free) phone calls. It's 1on1, though.

But lets see if there's interest :-)

I prefer msn to be honest like you pointed out Hobbes it can get alittle tricky at times when theres more than 2 people involved.

That is true. Too many people can get confusing. Like I said, text chats. I sometimes use it to contact my family who are across the atlantic ocean. There is also a webcam feature, but I think that is one on one, also.
