I'm fairly certain that it isn't named after this guy, it's simply 'Tank' in reverse. In an odd way.

Knowing Tank girl, more likely stickers are "I booze" or "I kangaroos".

1) SURE NOT! :D I would try searching for some female, maybe just a part of the body.

2) Pity that LEGO does not make roo figures.
