I am currently trying to fill in the gaps that are left by This arch. I have windows underneath up to where the bottom of the brick starts. As in, if you removed the arched brick, the top of the windows and the walls on either side would be level. I don't know how to fill in the rest to make it appear like it is part of the series of windows underneath it. I tried using short fence and tall fence to continue with the lattice look, but it just doesn't look right. Plus, even if the lattice did look okay, there would still be gaping holes under the arch on the sides. I'm sure some gap will be inevitable, so I'm not worried about that. But I don't quite see how I can make the top curved part connected to the rest of the windows. I could leave it open and pretend it is "a glass pane," but that seems like a cop out and not necessarily pleasing to the eye.

Any tips would be most appreciated!

I can try to post photos later if my description isn't clear.

Make the walls two studs wide and put the windows behind the arch. (See Grand Emporium)

Thank you for the response. I have considered that. And I just may end up doing that. But I still wonder if there is something to do with just a single stud depth.

Thank you for the response. I have not considered that before. I will have to look into that option. Thank you.

Thank you for the picture. Now I can see it without building it. Thank you. I will have to play with that a bit and see if I like the outcome for my particular build.
