Sheath idea

Hey all,

Since it'll take me an age to edit the pics of my latest MOC and I'm excited to be back online I thought I would share an idea featured in it. It is a sheath made from a viking horn, here it is in the MOC:

and here it is from a more convincing angle:

I think it compliments the small dagger very well. As always comments are appreciated,

Nice idea! Though I'd love to buy one of the old LA sheathes... *wub*

If you don't mind modding pieces, you can make a convincing one out of two 1x4 tiles

I agree, that's another good use for the horn piece. A different color might be more convincing. Though it doesn't look like TLC has made the piece in any color other than red or white, yet.

Well, I assume a brown, black, or bley sheath would be more realistic, considering the materials they were made out of :-)

Brown would be nice, I can't help but feel that despite realism black/bley would be lost in the background of most MOCs.
