Mr Norro! It is wonderful that you've returned and contributed to our new Pirate LEGO MOC subforum which probably did exist last time you were here.

Look what he's found for us lads!

Ah, I saw this on Brickshelf just yesterday, it's a great scupture. I like how he did the nose, it must have been hard to find a way to make it look good.

Although I like this pic better than the one Phes posted, it has more beads.

I particularly like those rare new-brown flower stems as decoration in the bottom right corner...

Its ok Mr Oo7 you can admit your love of beads here. It'll be our secret - anyone else in the world who happens to drop by this thread. As looking more like the movie poster, this MOC looks nothing like it... X-D

I seem to remember spotting a prototype of the skull and then seeing these newer images. Anyhow I kept thinking the skull had been altered somehow. (Maybe not?)

Regardless of that, the skull is a well designed creation. The beads are a nice touch, too.

The Lugnet post explains the changes...

To save poor Mr Syedow from going to that horrible Lugnet, here's what is written there:

Will probably finish this over the weekend with the last detail elements just needing to be located...may think about moving the nose cavity down a few plates to locate more accurately, depends on structure.

Notes: Life sized, hinged jaw to allow some movement or

I do not doubt your capabilites Mr Syedow, I just didn't want to put you through the pain of going there. Afterall, why would you want to leave the wonderful Pirate LEGO Forum to go to horrible old Lugnet? :-D

I would like to know more of the metalic parts and beeds that are used in this skeleton, are they lego pieces from clikits or are they of other origion.

I do not recognise them from any set so this is why i wonder if they are Lego at all
