Norro Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Sorry if this has been posted, didn't notice it in my catch up... The Lugnet Post, and the brilliant gallery. I enjoyed it! God Bless, Nathan Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted September 24, 2006 Governor Posted September 24, 2006 Mr Norro! It is wonderful that you've returned and contributed to our new Pirate LEGO MOC subforum which probably did exist last time you were here. Look what he's found for us lads! Quote
oo7 Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Ah, I saw this on Brickshelf just yesterday, it's a great scupture. I like how he did the nose, it must have been hard to find a way to make it look good. Although I like this pic better than the one Phes posted, it has more beads. Quote
Norro Posted September 24, 2006 Author Posted September 24, 2006 Although I like this pis better than the one Phes posted, it has more beads. I particularly like those rare new-brown flower stems as decoration in the bottom right corner... God Bless, Nathan Quote

Governor Mister Phes Posted September 24, 2006 Governor Posted September 24, 2006 Its ok Mr Oo7 you can admit your love of beads here. It'll be our secret - anyone else in the world who happens to drop by this thread. As looking more like the movie poster, this MOC looks nothing like it... X-D Quote
Berry Syedow Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 I seem to remember spotting a prototype of the skull and then seeing these newer images. Anyhow I kept thinking the skull had been altered somehow. (Maybe not?) Regardless of that, the skull is a well designed creation. The beads are a nice touch, too. Quote

Todd Kubo To save poor Mr Syedow from going to that horrible Lugnet, here's what is written there: Will probably finish this over the weekend with the last detail elements just needing to be located...may think about moving the nose cavity down a few plates to locate more accurately, depends on structure. Notes: Life sized, hinged jaw to allow some movement or Quote
El Bucanero Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 *Jaw hinges down :-P * What a beutiful skull, the only thing missing is a golden teeth.... *skull* Quote

Governor Mister Phes Posted September 27, 2006 Governor Posted September 27, 2006 I do not doubt your capabilites Mr Syedow, I just didn't want to put you through the pain of going there. Afterall, why would you want to leave the wonderful Pirate LEGO Forum to go to horrible old Lugnet? :-D Quote
Captain Ironhook Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 Although I like this pic better than the one Phes posted, it has more beads. I would like to know more of the metalic parts and beeds that are used in this skeleton, are they lego pieces from clikits or are they of other origion. I do not recognise them from any set so this is why i wonder if they are Lego at all Quote

oo7 Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 Todd Kubo ???? God Bless, Nathan He's the Lugnet user who created this skull but I don't no why Phes put his name in it's own line at the beginning of his post... Quote
