The theme was World War III. Since it can possibly happen in the future I gave him an EMP cannon. The reason why I added the flag of Belgium in this MOC is because 1) I live in Belgium 2) Belgium was involved with the previous 2 World Wars. Let us hope we will never face such a thing again. Now back to the MOC. I first builded the wheels and so moved one to the rest. SInce it had a kind of cartoonisch feel to it I tried to keep that feel in whole the MOC. And I wanted to make him dark-green so I used some Dark-green pieces that are hard to use Enjoy, Sparky Quote
