Well, I'm not working on that ship for a while so if anyone else is interested, go for it, and feel free to utilize my techniques on your build if you like.

It appears he's off to a good start but its always interesting to see how other people design things because obviously someone else making A Flying Dutchman will takea differen approach.

I tried it, with a brick build hull.... I totally failed it, it is too hard!!!

Did you happen take any pictures of your failed attempt Mr Tiber? Despite it being a failure it would be still interesting to see what you did. I can understand if you didn't want to create a thread especially for it, but such images would be a perfect addition to a thread like this one.

Could this challenge possible be expanded to include any ship from the trilogy of POTC? Not everyone has adequate material for this ship, so it would fairer to everyone and it would encourage more people to participate.

It just isn't sturdy(with my parts), and besides it is not easy!

Sounds good, maybe I'll go for the Interceptor, but first I want ot try the Acheron from Master and Commander...
