Lord Thrawn Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 No because there is already a perfectly legitimate Community section. It can't take that long to get there from the quick bar can it? Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted September 2, 2006 Governor Posted September 2, 2006 Thank you for your contribution Lord Thrawn, while you're amonst the majority in your voting it seems you haven't read the latest posts to this thread or didn't understand them. Not that it matters but I'll still point out its go nothing to do with the number of clicks it takes to the Community forum, its more to do with keeping the Pirate threads in the same area place. Sir Dillon Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 its more to do with keeping the Pirate threads in the same area place. Except what we're voting for is about adding a community section to the pirate forum, and the theads in that most likely wouldn't have anything to do with pirates... :-/ Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted September 2, 2006 Governor Posted September 2, 2006 I agree that we definitely don't need two community forums. To fully clarify my version is a social Pirate sub-forum, this means ALL threads MUST BE pirate related but they don't have to be LEGO related. No non pirate threads would be permitted in this sub-forum. I already gave some examples: Pirate movies, books, songs, etc. A pirate themed party Non LEGO Pirate paraphernalia Introduction threads. Yes, there is the Hello My Name Is forum but as the Pirate forum is also being advertised as a seperate entity new users can introduce themselves here if they'd prefer. So there is quite a difference, but still I don't think there is need for such a sub-forum as yet. Quote
