vexorian Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 I asked them for other figs seen; here is the reply for you: Lady with hand fan... little vague, I know, but this should be new as well. Female figure no. 4 in the series as well, which is cool. I wonder if he could have meant hair drier by hand fan and then it would be the space woman as that sci-fi gun does look like a hair drier :P Quote
1980-Something-Space-Guy Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 The wait is killing me. When do you think Lego is going to announce the figures officially? Quote
vexorian Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 It is going to be a long wait before they announce them officially. But leaked pictures of the retailer catalog should appear eventually since people are already looking at them. Quote

Stiel Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Or the leprechaun. I thought the same thing as you. I just translated what he wrote literally. But yeah, green cobold is definitely the leprechaun, and the others are mostly identifiable too. Also, I'm not surprised that he didn't recall the more 'ordinary' figs like the mechanic/plumber or the butcher. Quote
mo123567 Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Not as interesting as which figures are included but, any word on what the packaging color will be for S6? Quote
lifeinplastic Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 (edited) The lady with a hand fan sounds like it could be the flamenco dancer, which was mentioned on the series 5 list in error on the official site. Green cobold could be a leprechaun or a separate goblin-type creature. I'm disappointed there aren't more figures which fit into the city theme personally but sounds like a good mix we have coming. Sounds like the possible list so far is: Statue of Liberty Alien Leprechaun Space Girl Butcher Minotaur Genie Mechanic Highlander Skater Girl Flamenco Dancer Jungle Boy Roman Soldier (robot? - based on original alien torso pic?) ('green cobold' - if not the leprechaun) + 1 other (no sports figure yet appearing) Edited September 7, 2011 by lifeinplastic Quote
Peanuts Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 It would be quite a coincidence if the cobold wouldn't be the leprechaun, as cobold means both goblin and leprechaun, and he even says green. So it's almost certain he talks about the leprechaun. Quote
Klaus-Dieter Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Thank you very much for this information, Stiel! A legionnaire would be and for sure be one of the most sold and wanted minifigures ever. I'm really looking forward to series 6. Klaus-Dieter Quote

Klaus-Dieter Look what I've got for you, mein lieber ;) Picture of the Collectable Minifigures Series 6! And don't forget to check out the new Lego Star Wars pictures. Greetings -Bane Quote
vexorian Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 (edited) Finally. I knew we were going to get a robot for that torso. This is a great series for sci-fi. I just hope the series arrives here (series 3 didn't arrive due to bad timing between its release date and the time in which stores order new stuff here) Edit: Is that a grown up fig in pijamas with a giant Teddy bear? I don't really care about historical figs, but that legionary is very well done. Plus that shield is going to make it very easy to find by feeling the contents of the bag. Hopefully will get three or four. Edited September 7, 2011 by vexorian Quote
UsernameMDM Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 (edited) Awesome set! Edited September 7, 2011 by UsernameMDM Quote
The Cobra Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Edit: Is that a grown up fig in pijamas with a giant Teddy bear? That was exactly what I was thinking. Plus, what's up with his headpiece? Did he just wake up after a nightmare? Quote
LEGO.Inc Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 (edited) /reserves at least 200 euro's for 80 Roman soldiers. Sweet! Edited September 7, 2011 by LEGO.Inc Quote
Oky Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Wow, this series is excellent! There's not a single fig I wouldn't want, except maybe the Flamenco dancer. The legionary looks beautiful (although the helmet could have been a tad better IMO) and that toy robot is a very pleasant surprise! If my eyes do not deceive me, he seems to have a wind-up key on his back! I really hope that that's a separate piece and not molded onto the neck piece as it would be very useful for MOCs! We can't thank you enough for these pics, Bane! Keep 'em coming! Quote
soundwave_sw Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 For the missing sports fig, I would be surprised if we don't see a (American) football player soon. The face mask from the series 4 hockey player resembles a football player more than a hockey player's Quote
vexorian Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 (edited) ^ Not going to happen until series 7 at least, I think. The pic already contains all 16 figures to be used in series 6. KristofBD Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 The Roman is absolutely amazing! I must say this is once again an excellent series! Quote
lightningtiger Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Smegging Roman Soldiers ! That's it.....I'm buy stacks of them ! So for me that's the butcher, mechanic, doctor and Roman Soldier....oh, yeah the other warrior too in large numbers too ! Roll on 2012 ! Quote
Brickdoctor Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Wow. That Roman is awesome. The robot looks quite good, too. The minifig with the teddy bear is a little...unusual, though. Quote
Oky Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 I just noticed that there is no Jungle Boy. Hm... Maybe he's in Series 7? Quote
tafkatb Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 These all look awesome - and if I'm not mistaken the surgeon is a woman, giving us a total of five in this series! I'm disappointed the Statue of Liberty isn't Sand Green though, unless the leak we've already seen is more up-to-date than the pictures (probably renders?) here. Quote
vexorian Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 lady liberty seems sand green to me. It is probably a combination of bad lighting and the position of the statue Quote
Aanchir Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Loving every one of these figures. The person in the surgical scrubs is amazing, though I can't tell if she's supposed to be an actual surgeon-- she has an X-Ray and a syringe, equipment that doesn't totally make sense for a surgeon. The X-Ray piece is absolutely fantastic, with an image of the classic skeleton torso! The bandit looks great, even though he's not especially unique and I'm not sure how I feel about his guns not matching. Dude with teddy bear is adorable and I am glad to see a proper teddy bear piece rather than the Belville one, even though admittedly it's not a part I would have specifically asked for. The Roman soldier is cool, and I love the toy robot. When I first saw that torso I wasn't expecting much (certainly nothing as good as the classic Spyrius robot) but now that I see he's not really a "sci-fi" fig so much as a kitschy cultural artifact I'm much happier with the design! Quote
lightningtiger Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Oh, I forgot about the teddy bear......it is cute and is that a nerdy kid (Radar from M.A.S.H.) holding on to his bear.....normal legs so it is not a young child. Bank robber....can not tell if he is late 19th century or early 20th century ? Plus the doctor/surgeon looks female to me, if so that's 4 girls to 12 guys again. I believe the female in the red dress would be an opera singer. Quote
