How is the skull done?

It's the torso from the original General Grievous plus a skeleton leg and a couple of horns.

Nice chaps and vest for sure. I really like the set-up with the pack on the horse. How was that done?

It's not there any more, but it was just a 1x1 plate with two back packs attached, then sat over the rear of the horse.....floating if you will.

Yes I think every cowboy used to have a horse so I think it's missing there. But the diorama and the rocks is great and far better than the first version. About the fig, it's great! As I've stated elsewhere I love custom parts on LEGO in such competitions, especially if they are done in such a good way and blend into LEGO greatly. Nice job!

Nice creation TazManiac! This is certainly an improvement over the first version :tongue: The custom waistcoat and chaps are great! The landscape is certainly better now there are rocks there, to make it look even more like the Wild West! :tongue:
