I really like that the comic is actually pasted together into a movie. Very slick and very nice. Having music can add greatly to it also.

Now to the concerns. First your backgrounds are too plain. While I understand that "photoshopping" them may be too much it really would help. If you can't do it then maybe consider painting up a carboard box with some unrealistic dynamic swirl patterns. Just something to not be so, *sing* *yawn* boring.

I like the music. It has a terminator feel too it which works because of the robots. It like your backgrounds is sort of plain though. The lack of action due to this being a comic just doesn't fit the music for me. I would have like to see something more mechanical sounding and upbeat. Something like what you would find on OCRemix. They have a lot to choose from.
