In this one, I would suggest this is the first generation version of Sideswipe, which is based on a Countach, rather tahn the movie version. car robot The car mode is just fantastic, what a great model. Love the front, the back, the doors Quote

efferman Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 not alone that he get the perfect countach shape, he made it as a transformer. Nathanael Kuipers you are a genius Quote
prateek Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Awesome find! Nathan never ceases to amaze, but I think this is the best model This is a nice recreation of the "Transformers" movie character! Actually, Sideswipe was a Corvette concept in the recent movies Quote
Meatman Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Yeah, I believe he is a Corvette Centennial Sting Ray concept in the Michael Bay movies. Definitely a great rendition of the classic Sideswipe from the Cartoons. Quote
Milan Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 It is not just a one of the best looking LEGO car ever made, but also a Transformer! I really like the Countach! Quote
JunkstyleGio Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 This is a really great MOC. Love the way the countach is build, and the robot is not to shabby either.... I would love to see a movie or a stop-motion in which the cars transform to robot! Quote
RohanBeckett Posted July 12, 2011 Posted July 12, 2011 Amazing to see someone who can work so well in studless... as well as traditional studded! It's cool to look at sections of both vehicle, and robot mode, and try to work out what goes where! Great work! oh... and to not showing any partial-transformed mode! This is a Technic forum... we want to see how it works!!! RB Quote
