ISDAvenger Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 Two ISD's, another AT-AT, B Wing, and Snow Speeder. Also picked up the Phantom to go along with my Ghost too. Quote
Steckley Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 The Death Star. According to the sales guy at the Lego store, they're not producing them anymore so I expect it will be retired by the end of the year. So glad I finally picked up one. Quote

Steckley Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 Typical Lego Store employee.....most don't have a clue about the product they sell. Possibly, but the set has been in production for a long time. I'd expect it to be retired at some point. Off the top of my head I can't think of any other set that came out in 2008 and is still in production. Quote
Robianco Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 Finally picked up the Ghost... I really enjoyed Rebels... especially the direction it was going at the end of the season... it started to feel very OT to me hence the purchase. Quote
Chills Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 Was waiting for double VIP points and finally ordered Slave 1. I also picked up a stormtrooper transport, just for the fun of it. Can't wait for these to get in! Quote

As one of the best selling SW sets I don't see it dropping of the grid anytime to soon. Quote
droid747 Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 (edited) Was waiting for double VIP points and finally ordered Slave 1. I also picked up a stormtrooper transport, just for the fun of it. Can't wait for these to get in! I ordered a slave 1 online too. I was going to skip the red 5 x wing but ended up buying it yesterday as the local lego store had some in stock. I will have about $70 in vip points so I will use that this may on the new ucs tie fighter. Edited March 17, 2015 by droid747 Quote
rollermonkey Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 (edited) Hailfire Droid, Microfighter ATAT and a second stormtrooper BP. Edited March 18, 2015 by rollermonkey Quote
BrickSev Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 The AD-DP and Tie Prototype. How is the AT-PD? I'm very tempted to add it to my collection so I'd like to know if it is a great set Quote
RaptorBandito Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 How is the AT-PD? I'm very tempted to add it to my collection so I'd like to know if it is a great set Personally I think it's awesome. I haven't liked the proportions or details on any of TLG's AT-AT's or AT-ST's, but this one is just great. The build itself is very fun, and the completed model is quite stable. The only thing that might make the model a bit cooler would be more articulation points, but that could take away from the stability. Quote

Thank you for the info What made me, let's say, I little doubtful was the comparison I made with the AT-PT which is one of the most interesting of the currently available walkers (it also has a very good price per piece ) However the more I look at the AT-PD the more I have the desire to add to my collection so I guess I'll put on the "to buy" list Quote
Geebee Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 Salve 1. Shipment will arrive today. Can't wait! Quote

Do you mean the AT-AP? If so, I have them both, AT-DP and AT-AP. I think the AT-DP is the slightly better purchase, although I am a fan of both. The AT-DP does look better and is imo more impressive on display due to its height, but that is subjective. The AT-DP has the better minifig selection: both pilots needed, a main villain, and a Stormtrooper - what is not to like? The AT-AP's minifig selection is very good, too, but I think you actually need the Kashyyyk-Troopers to complete the set (and the droids are... well, droids). Quote
Fulcrumfan91 Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 My most recent buy was the T-16 Skyhopper. Love that set. Quote
Kelso Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 (edited) Due to the recent comments here I broke and bought the AT-DP. And I got a free Lego Easter bunny with it. Receiving it tomorrow! :D Edited March 20, 2015 by Kelso Quote

Sorry, I was talking about the AT-AP That's what happens when you are super tired but you keep typing lol I agree about the Minfigiures and honestly droids can't even be considered "full" Minifigures. When I bought the AT-AP (now spelled correctly lol) I had a lot of Kashyyyk of troopers so it was a logical choice. It was a better set than I expected. I'll put the AT-DP on my "to buy list" for sure. The Minifigures are indeed interesting and an additional walker would hurt, after all. Thank you for the info EDIT: Typos corrected, because I made them again, not the AT-AP though lol. Edited March 20, 2015 by BrickSev Quote
H_Solo Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Got another Kashyyk Trooper BP today... you never can have too many troopers, now can you? Quote
BrickSev Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 (edited) Got another Kashyyk Trooper BP today... you never can have too many troopers, now can you? You never have too many troopers After all our Galaxy-wide "brick operations" require a lot of troopers Are you planning to build a large Kashyyyk army? For awhile I bought only Kashyyyk Troopers Battle Packs ( I have 20 of them) then I started to find my building activities too much repetitive and so I moved to other projects. I'm still building my Clone Army, though Edited March 21, 2015 by BrickSev Quote
H_Solo Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 No intensions of "real" army building... I just like their camouflage armour very much! And as theres always some room for more troopers, I thought... Why not? Quote
aaroncb Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 I took advantage of targets demise, feeling somewhat guilty because i'll miss it but i picked up: x4 star destroyers, x1 the ghost, x1 cantina bar and 1 AT-AT. they're all multiples so they'll be staying in the box for collection purposes. then I swung by wal-mart and picked up the T-16 and Ani's custom jedi star fighter and they were some of my most personally enjoyed builds yet. Spyderlord Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Ordered a lot of pieces for a MOC on PaB + 75089 Geonosis troopers. Some of you may recall my misgivings on Utapau troopers vehicle and determination to skip on amazing minifigs because of TLG lazy design of the octupptara, so this was finally a chance for me to get hold of this fantastic mold for airborne troopers. This will nicely complement my Geonosis diorama one day. The interesting thing is that my main order was PaB and I only took Geonosis troopers to pass a treshold of free shipping on S@H, and then they sent me only the Geonosis troopers set (24h delivery, hats-off S@H! ) and informed me that PaB orders usually take 7-10 business days (obvious logistics reasons) which means that they are easily going to pay shipping on two separate deliveries . Now that's some serious customer service, I would have been completely ok with waiting for the complete order until it's ready, great job TLG! Praise where the praise is due, but I am still going to keep criticizing lazy designs in hopes of improving where there's space to do so . Quote
