LEGO Guy Bri Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 Nice service truck 'Spike' I think it would look more realistic with a shorter bed box behind the rear wheel though. Still, great job on this build Quote
CMP Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 I like the model, but it's far too long. Maybe you should skim through other pick-up MOCs, to look for a good scaling. Good work on the model itself. Quote
lightningtiger Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 Nice try 'Spike', but scaling is out the window totally, sorry had to say it. But I will say I like the angle of the windscreen, that's spot on ! Do we have any shots of the rear of the vehicle (what equipment is it carrying) ? Not bad work and K.O.B. 'Spike' ! Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 I really like the use of those windshield pieces, though I agree the whole vehicle is a bit too long, but I know you could easily improve it just by simply reducing the length by 2-3 studs (make the side of the window 1 stud only instead of 2, then reduce the length of the back by 2 more studs). Still, nice work on this one Spike! Quote
Fuzzylegobricks Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 Nice job! The sticker on the hood is a little of on the red color though. The movie Unstoppable this is in made me want to build one of these. Never got around to it . Pretty long what do others think? Quote
