peter_m Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 (edited) ...is it useful in any way? Has anyone ever used this part in any MOC? I know it was originally made for RoboRiders sets (http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=32305&in=S), but it looks like it has potential. Any ideas what can be done with it? What type of models (except for those suggested by LEGO) can benefit from using it? Edited April 11, 2011 by peter_m Quote
DLuders Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 Yes, the 32305 "Technic, Pin Connector Block 7 x 3" piece has only been used in four Lego Roboriders sets (according to Bricklink). It seemed to be used as just one big Connector Block that allowed other parts to be pinned on it. I always thought that it could hold a Worm Gear.... Quote
peter_m Posted April 11, 2011 Author Posted April 11, 2011 (edited) And again I have to rephrase my question - I meant any other use than the one suggested by LEGO :) On 4/11/2011 at 12:21 AM, DLuders said: Yes, the 32305 "Technic, Pin Connector Block 7 x 3" piece has only been used in four Lego Roboriders sets (according to Bricklink). I just tried it - Worm Gear fits in perfectly :) (sorry for bad quality of the pic :() But still... the question is - where can it be applied? Edited April 11, 2011 by peter_m Quote

Truck trial, walking machines, farming devices, Vehicle Frames...... everywhere where your mind can find a place for it. Thats the reason why i like lego: there is no Border if you have enough ideas. Or dou you think TLG have produced this part for something like this? Quote
SNIPE Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 (edited) i made a gun with it as the side gaps let me slide in the ammo Edited April 11, 2011 by SNIPE Quote
Crtlego Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 I just remembered that I have one of these from the black and yellow Roborider but I don't think I ever really found any use for it. The last time I tried using it must have been at least 10 years ago when I was REALLY young so I probably never realized that it would have worked with the worm gear.. or I might have figured it out but forgotten. Either way.. it is rather bulky but does seem to be a very sturdy way of attaching a worm gear to a light-weight structure. On 4/11/2011 at 5:14 AM, mahjqa said: HAHA!!! YES!! MEN IN BLACK II!!!
