ale8oneboy Posted April 1, 2011 Posted April 1, 2011 (edited) This may be a dumb question. But does anyone have any idea how to generate a text file or report on the inventory of a LDD creation? I'm thinking this would be handy for shopping lists. Maybe something already exists that I'm not aware of. Thanks EDIT: I think I might have answered my own question with the LDD Manager post. Sorry for posting too early. Edited April 2, 2011 by Superkalle Added "LDD" to title for clearification Quote
Trainee Posted April 1, 2011 Posted April 1, 2011 Yep you did, LDD Manager makes short work of parts lists for your mocs. there is a thread about the LDD Manager in here that should answer any questions you have about it too. Good luck. Quote
DLuders Posted April 1, 2011 Posted April 1, 2011 (edited) @ ale8oneboy: Yes, as Trainee said, LDD Manager can create a Parts Inventory list from your Lego Digital Designer (LDD) .lxf file. It works well and saves LOTS OF TIME when assembling your Bricklink.com shopping list. Edited April 1, 2011 by DLuders Quote

LDD manager looks like it has a function I need to make a parts list from an .lxf file, but it appears to only work in WIndows, is there something like his for Mac OS? Thanks, Andy Quote
