Nice! Is there any reason you put the EB pirate sign in the middle of the movie as well at the end though?

I think my favorite part was the guy coming out of the water, but I also liked your sword fight.

IMO, the whole movie would look better if you sped up the playing time a little more, so it doesn't look like it's in slow motion, but I don't have any experiance in making movies, so I don't know if that would work or not.

Good job overall! *y*

Well done Mr Tordenskjold! I've contemplated making a stop motion Pirate LEGO film myself however I am too clumbsy to manipulate the figures to make them look like they're moving fluently. I noticed that the base plate was moving around quite a bit and if you were thinking about making future films like this then perhaps you could stick the base plate down. Double sided tape would be the easiest option but there are countless other methods of adhesive which could be used.

Did you edit this within your digital camera or did you use video editing software?

As i said mr Phes this was my first try, i knew the baseplate was moving but to see if i got it to work i didnt mind. i have a program for editing video on my pc. and there i found that i could tak inn pic by pic. will try to make a better or a longer one when i have the time to do that. and then i will make sure the ground isnt moving and that my cam is more correct placed to ligth and so on. and perhaps next time the captain win ;)

Why does the Captain need to win? That's not very original!

Which program are using to edit the video?

Well man...It's only my opinion, the captain doesn't NEED to win...but the captain is cooler than the other pirate...and unfortunately, it would be original...I always loved that captain pirate and he is always the loser....remember the video I linked some time ago, the pirate comic lego did, and the photo "pirate Vs ninja"

Thats why mr Phes . i also think he's a cool guy. its like reading Donald Duck. Donald is so unlucky that i feel for him and want he to win :)

Have to go away for a day or two now. tomorrow ill start on a 24h job with moving several power transforator's. think ill be tired after that is finished :) Have a nice day everyone..

There is always the possibility of making custom pirate mini-figures if you have the pieces. I.e. just use heads and maybe torsos from other themes. So you don't have to have the old Captain Roger/Red Beard mini-figure - that's if you wanted something different.

I must ask why is this Captain Roger mini-figure always the captain to be featured in these things. Why cannot it not be Captain Ironhook for a change for I think he is a much more interesting character. Tordenskold can you make a video with the Captain Ironhook character?

I'm curious about this also? Was this intentional because I'm wondering what the purpose is placing it in the middle? It doesn't really appear long enough for anyone to read the address. But its great that you've thought to put in the movie and you would gain promotion points if you were registered to the The Pirate Ranking System!

There's a hint for everyone who is ;-) ....

Maybe Tordenskold could upload his video to one of those artist sharing websites where they put their videos for people to download so this way many people outside of Eurobricks could view his video. Also maybe some pirate people that don't know of Eurobricks could find here and sign up by reading the advertisment in the middle and end of the video.

Mr Tordenskjold appears to be back after his "day or two" absence which seemed more 4 or 5 weeks so I am curious to know whether he done anymore video work in this time. So Mr Tordenskjold if you're about give us an update on your video work because we'd love to know if anything has been produced lately.
