I've been looking for a proper way to store my pieces, and on brickshelf I happened across this guy's system of shelves. Does anyone know where I can find storage like what's displayed in here? Preferrably something in the US. Thanks, I really appreciate it. It's exactly what I've been looking for.

There are several companys producing those storage systems, you should visit a some sort of do-it-yourself superstore, here in Germany most of them has similar products!

Akro Mills has some nice stuff for a lower price. Walmart used to carry them but I don't know for sure any more as I avoid Walmart if I can. Target and Shopko also have them but they are more expensive than what Walmart had them at. This is what I use and I like them. Check my BS link in my sig to see them. They are in the MISC folder.

If you have a Kmart you can look at getting some clear tackle containers in the sporting goods section. They are made by plano and are great quality. Kmart usually has them on sale for about 30% off and they are a good size for the money.

If you are hard up for some money you could also check craft stores like Michaels. They have bead or similar boxes on sale a few times a year for $1 a piece.

yeah, i get my smaller containers from the hobby/beads section of the mega marts (Kmart, walmart, target, etc). i also get ziplocks/rubbermaid for the larger parts. i dont like to spend a lot buying storage...but that's just me.

Here are a couple pics of how I used to have my Lego organized. I bought the storage cabinet from Lowes, I got the two read storage units from Walmart, and got most of the other plastic storage at dollar stores. I just moved recently, and dumped all the Lego into big bins, so I'm in the middle or reorganizing them again (which I enjoy anyway). This time around I will probably go with more of the large cabinets with loose plastic containers, and less of the red drawered cabinets.
