Magnificent, simply a magnificent creation Legolas! The individual buildings are works-of-art themselves, and joined together they create this beautiful Venice Canal diorama. Mightily impressive work, thanks for sharing this with us! :thumbup:

You have captured the essence of Venice wonderfully, I love the water damage to the lower levels and the moore influence of the arches behind the balcony of the red building. All you need now is the smell...Inspiring work.

Wow, just wow, this is totally a venetian masterpiece! :thumbup:

I especially like James Bond although I was kind of expecting Indiana Jones, venice chase style, this also reminds me of the venice level from tomb raider :laugh:

Also the birds, the newstand and fountain are very well done :sweet:

How long and how many pieces did it take to do?

Cheers

Fantastic buildings gathered in an awesome diorama. I especially like the way you've used al kinds of different bricks to create new forms and decorations.

This is outstanding work Legolas :thumbup: I love the intricate details especially in the walls close to the water. The motor boats are too cool... Makes me want to order some brown bricks and build my own. Great job :classic:

Teriffic moc. :thumbup::classic:

I love the little balconies and the theater/carnivale/commedia del arte group.

James Bond in a boat is also nice.

The flag with the winged lion of Venice is impressive. Is it made yourself?

And can you maybe make a better pic of it?

This is beautiful, it reminds me of the "Venice" level in the LEGO - Indiana Jones video game.

I really like the gondola with the golden fish detail, and the fountain is superb.

There are so many charming details, thanks so much for sharing so we could enjoy it too! :sweet:

I was just going to say "wow" and leave it at that - because like others have said, words fail me. Then I realized I really had to tell you how much I love those motorboats. And then I realized I just love it all. Spectacular work. I'm in awe.

This is an outstanding MOC! You managed the capture the feel of Venice perfectly like the architecture and the degrading lower levels of the houses. Many excellent details aswell, especially the bird and the postcard stand.
