i came across this computer graphic when i was searching the internet for lego catalogues...

I think it's hilarious, even tho some of our younger members may not entirely understand the humour behind it, so i've added the original creation as well:

Classic space base abbey

you can find rest of this artist's creations here

i think it would be nice t have this hanging on your wall, next to that Vermeer and Picasso :-P

It only shows that you don't have to build actual Mocs to be appreciated in the lego community... :-)

Loooool Sne !!

I remember you showing that to me but I lost the link !! Its so great to see it again because its just brilliant ;-)

However, I really would have prefered a real MOC over this CGI ;-)

This is the first thing that crossed my mind. Be wary though, not for all ages...And yeah, I know they based it on the famous Beatles album ;-)

:-P what makes you think, old timer, that i was refering to you? Don't you know we have real young members here? :-P compared to them, you're a dinosaur!

The red astronaut Minifig doesn't have an airtank!

Unfortunately, being one of the young members(...or not...), I don't get the humour...could someone please explain that to me?

I'm impressed at how the person managed to make that small "space city"...even if it wasn't real-life...

the airtank is just the funiest thing. look at Paul (the second guy in the poster, from left to right). he's got no shoes on... yeah, that's a typical Beatles element: Paul is always different from the rest.

it's just a great idea to create a lego space version from something that's so well known... and it's very nicely done 8-
