Returning set bought from S@H

Does anyone know if it is possible to return/exchange a set I bought from S@H to a Lego retail store? I have the invoice/receipt, etc.

I don't think so. I think it can only be returned to where it was bought. You could ring Customer Services and they will be able to help. I'm guessing this set was a Christmas gift

Brand stores are not obliged to accept S@H returns or exchange items, but they might do so anyway - give them a call and ask. I've found some of the brand stores to be very helpful in the past.

They'll accept any unopened current set for exchange or store credit, but you have to have the receipt to get the money back in whatever form you payed with. Since you just want to exchange, I'm 99% sure you should have no problem.
