Two questions from a newbie

Whilst browsing the forums, a couple of questions have popped up...

What does MOC stand for (I know what it is, just not what it stands for)?

What is SNOT?

These may seem second nature to log-time members, but I'm just confuddled. And are there any others I've not come across yet?

For the quick answer though

MOC- my own creation, something you built

SNOT- studs not on top, meaing some of the studs face a direction other than upwards
