DLuders Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 Here's a Lego Technic "Linked Cranks" puzzle made by aeh5040. He wrote that it is "My Lego implementation of the "linked cranks" mechanical puzzle, invented by Oskar van Deventer and Bram Cohen, as seen here: ", where "The object of the puzzle is to turn the wheels and have all the dials point in the same direction." Maybe one could design a 6-face analog clock with this, or maybe this could be a "stress ball"-type thing to relieve tension at work? Or, you could calm and hypnotize yourself with ssugawara1955's powered "Lego Technic 8 20 24 Teeth Gears Combination" gizmo: Quote

aeh5040 Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 I think there should be great potential for mechanical puzzles in Lego. Besides these, I've seen relatively few: sliding piece puzzles, some Rubik cubes, and a few puzzle boxes... Quote
