Nick Wolfe Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 (edited) These are some pictures of Berix at a lake in Placerville, which looks remarkably like Bara Magna, in my opinion. prateek Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Cool pics! My favourite is the cave one. BTW, you might want to resize your pics. The site guidelines set the max. size at 800x600 pixels Quote

TheWarden Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Thanks, but I couldn't figure out how to resize them. What is your current computer skill level? If you've advanced beyond rookie then try a free image editor. I recommend the GNU Image Editing Program aka the "GIMP." It's not too difficult for basic tasks such as creating font graphics, resizing pics and the stuff you'd need to do. The manual is fairly easy to understand. Image editing is a great knowledge set to have anyway and you can use it for your own photos, MOC photos, more pro programs like Photoshop, etc. Quote
jala12 Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Cool environment! It doesn't look much like Bara Magna though besides the rocks. The tree roots give it all away. Quote
prateek Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 (edited) Thanks, but I couldn't figure out how to resize them. You could always use Microsoft Paint. Here's a good tutorial Edited August 6, 2010 by prateek Quote
ultra hamster Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 (edited) http://www.shrinkpictures.com/ That's a good one. http://resizr.lord-lance.com/ This can be done with any online image. There's also imageshack, a common upload site. http://imageshack.us/ It has the option of resizing images when you upload them. Edited August 7, 2010 by ultra hamster Quote
