It seems June is the cow's month :-)

Besides posting my new Mercedes cow transporter, I updated my 6-wide Scania Milk tanker.

It's transporting fresh milk for ARLA, one the biggest companies up in Scandinavia.

Whole tanker is brick-built with curved slopes.

(the earlier version had Wiking wheels forming the tanker)

Any comments are welcome.

I must say I love all your trucks, much better than any I've managed. I am curious as to the doors on the back though, whats behind them? Milk trucks here in Australia are generally just great big tanks on the back.

Haha wow Selander - I rarely find MOCs quite this cool and unique. That's just a cool looking truck! We don't have a lot of milk tankers down where I am, but I remember seeing a whole lot more when we visited Wisconsin. Don't think we had Arla though , and American trucks just don't usually have the same neat look that European trucks do; or maybe I'm just used to American vehicles more :hmpf_bad: . Great detail in that back door too.

If you don't mind me asking, what set are the truck's wheels from?

When I was a kid I used to spend my holidays on a dairy farm near Shepparton. The milk truck had doors on the back just like this behind which were the pump controls and hose to pump out the milk from the farm tanks.
