I've actually had more trouble with non star wars sets having missing bricks. If you mean "will LDD add SW decals and stuff on bricks and minifigs?" no. and as for SW minifigure stuff. there's everything but the heads for the TF droids, and along with a storm trooper helm and the snow trooper decal, there is also everything to make R2D2 W/o decals and Princess Leia's hair, so you can make a leia-esque figure.
