Capt.JohnPaul Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 Hi guys. I'm new and i'm really into the 18th century ships and napoleonic armies. I'll start by posting some mocks I've made to the BBB. Ok never mind. I can't upload even though i'm editing the pics like CRAZY it says I have used 99.07k of 100k-of attachment space even though I didn't upload or attack anything!!!! Please help. So really, it's just a wall pattern of tan and brown with a full second deck with a flat 8x8 with a 2x2 in the middle with holes around it. (I can't find it on bricklink) Any ways, I need help for a BIG project, well for me at least lol. I'm trying to make a model USS constitution. I will get hull pieces of ebay for a bargain(i'm not telling you what i saw ) I've got a pretty good amount of pieces (except plates) so I might need advice along with some tips and tricks Thanks. Look at the other MOCs throughout this forum... that's the best advice I can give you... on the pictures not uploading, I'm not sure what the problem is. Try and upload them to Flikr or Bricklink, and then deeplink them. P.S. You might want to take a look @ This Ship if your going to do a model of the Constitution. Commodore Hornbricker Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 Welcome to Classic pirates and Eurobricks. There is a forum for introducing yourself in Eurobricks that more people might see or maybe a Mod can move this one. Anyhow always nice to meet another fan of the age of sail and Lego. Quote

Spyder Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 After resizing them, you need to upload them to Brickshelf And use that to upload pics. Here are a couple of tutorials on how to upload to Brickshelf, and then how to post your pics from Brickshelf. Hope that helps. Quote
Erdbeereis Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 Yep, use those tutorials. Let me know if you need additional help. Quote
Erdbeereis Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 I'll merge this with your other thread for now, as it's about basically the same thing. Once you figure out the picture uploading, feel free to make a new thread here for your MOC. Also, you could make a thread in the introduction forum if you'd like. Welcome to CP. Quote
Big Cam Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 Loading pictures to the Eurobricks server isn't a good idea since there is such limited space. You'll need an external image hosting sire such as brickshelf, or flickr, or photobucket. Once you load your images to one of those sites, then you take the url of the image and put that inbetween image tags. [img= Put your image URL here] Feel free to PM me if you have more questions.
