Follows Closely Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 I just picked up a used complete 10179 for $250. I could not pass up the value. But now what do I do with such a large model?
Darth Legolas Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 Well I don't know why this topic is necessary, but that is an unbelievably great deal! If it came pre-built, that would make more sense, but still, 250 for the whole thing? It's huge! If you want the model, keep the model, if you don't want it, there's quite a lot of handy parts to pick from that thing.
prateek Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 As Legolas said, that's a great deal. I know that the set is really humungous, so if you have the space, I'd keep it built, or if you don't, you've just bought yourself a really nice selection of cheap parts
BlueDragonZ Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 $250 is an awesome deal I would suggest either putting in on display if you have the space.
Dadster Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 I would suggest either putting in on display if you have the space. ...right behind the Vader TIE Advanced with a "laser blast" coming from the Falcon hitting the TIE Advanced's rear hull!! "You're all clear kid!!" Oh -congrats on the purchase...

Oh -congrats on the purchase... Man this set is a big set. I have no space to display it, so it will have to go back in the box for now.
