Admiral Giddens Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 This is Denarius. It's a big, slow hunka spacebrick that'll tote a buncha stuff across the galaxy! Visit http://pre.classic-space.com/?m=den and lemme know whatcha think! Quote
Lost Viking Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 Once again Admiral, you amaze me... What else can I say, it's amazing, both detail and interior wise. Quote
snefroe Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 it's great ;) in only have a problem with the cargo door. i mean, can't you add yellow hinges so you can open up the front section as well, like the back side of the classic space ships? it just seems to me that you would be able to accept more cargo if you do that... Well the look I wanted needed that part to stay solid. The Door moves and is grey, the hull is yellow and solid and doesn't. There's a large opening there, lots of stuff can go in... I mean they're loading an ambulance fer goodness sake. Quote
ApophisV Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 Whoaw.... That's a greeblie masterpiece! The whole ship has a really realistic feeling, it is great to see that the yellow hull is wider than the grey greebling parts, because there are so many ships out there where the greeblies are just put on the outside of the hull which doesn't make much sense in most cases. Also the geometric design fits perfectly to a freighter! But there are two things I don't like: First of all the use of those TransYellow 2x4 pieces with the round top, TransYellow somehow doesn't work for me with a yellow / grey color scheme. And then the engine at the rear that uses the yellow X-Pod cap and two of those TransYellow parts does look somehow unifished and (sorry ) ugly. Other than this... Once again one creation that I surely will remind after not seing it for ten or more years! Quote
