Darth Hawken Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 This is for all of you LOTR fans that have made a creation from the books or the movies of the Lord of the Ring series or the Hobbit and wish to share it. Please only post images of your creation or comment on a creation. Also don't post a gigantic pic! Sorry if there is already a similar topic to this if so please merge it with the other Post away!!!! Sir Dillon Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 I'll leave this open to give people a chance to post older creations they wouldn't normally, but generally people start separate topics for their creations, making "catch all" topics like this waste of space. Darth Hawken, in the future you can just search for what you're looking for here, Brickshelf, Flickr, or MOCpages instead of creating a new topic. Odds are that anything that would be posted here is on one of those sites. Quote
Inconspicuous Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Here are a few of my old ones: Enjoy. (My recent ones can be found in my signature.) Quote

Hound Knight Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 I love your Nazgûl! Did you make those ragged robes? Here're my LOTR 'figs: Aragorn son of Arathorn: Gandalf the White: Legolas Greenleaf of the Woodland Realm: King Theoden of Rohan: Quote
thelast Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 Wow! Just wow at these pics! I am a huge fan of LOTR. Quote
AmperZand Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 I love your Nazgûl! Thanks Did you make those ragged robes? Yes. I used official black capes and cut them. I was trying to capture the look of the ringwraiths from the films while maintaining a LEGO feel. You can't really see it in the picture but I added 1 x 1 plates to the feet to make the wraith taller. Since I took that picture, I've given the Samwise minifig an elven cape. It's grey on the outside and reddish-brown on the inside. I've also got a minifig Frodo and and an uruk-hai but I don't have pics of them. Amps Quote
Pate-keetongu Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 I have my WIP Minas Tirith's First level MOC here. It's done (mostly) from book's text, not like in movies. I haven't use any bley for it, expect spiral stairs are light bley. Quote
AmperZand Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 A bit OT for which I apologise but does anyone else think that the monster shown in the top right corner of this official LEGO box art could pass for a Watcher in the Water from LotR? I know that Tolkien never really describes the monster but it's certainly close to how I imagine it. Amps Quote

Grimmy Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 Awesome figures! All of them! I wish I could make those. Heya Nightshroud99! I've watched tons of your youtube reviews with my niece and watching your videos helped me on deciding what sets to buy. I bought the winter toy shop after seeing your review. Your comments on the crazy kid were funny and I even made that kid as my avatar :) You have great reviews. Quote
