MoC help

Can anyone give advice on how to convert the bosses of this into Lego form(minifig scale as well)? I've looked all over the internet for Lego renditions for Raid bosses, and came up empty handed. Any help would be very much appreciated.

P.S. As this is from a fantasy game, I feel it fits in this forum

It would be easier to help if your question was more specific, such as "how can I improve this model's arm?", etc., or if you had some reference pictures. As it is, it will be difficult to give you any definite building suggestions.

I advise to look through other animal creations for inspiration and good techniques, (Micah Berger and Hopeso009 are two I recommend), and then start building. Experiment with different pieces and try to find what works for you.
