Right click on the picture you want and go to "copy image location" to get a link to just the picture. Or just go to Bricklink for a reference picture.

That's be best head option, long as it has to be flesh. You might be able to get away with any of these, too:

http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3626bpb041 (really too bad this wasn't produced in flesh, it would work very well)

The torso would work for Mac, with light tan legs.

Also could get away with one of these torsos:

http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?M=adv041 (he bears quite a resemblance, if you can mod the yellow to flesh)

Brickforge makes a beret now, in numerous colors. They have a minimum order, but it's totally worth it to check out their site and pick up a few of their other accessories while there.

Hope I've been some help. Best thing to do with custom minifigs (purist ones anyway) is to search Bricklink for existing elements that you can use.

I agree with the beret from Brickforge, that would be your best choice. Or, if your not willing to pay, you could always make one out of clay.

You know if you don't look too closely at the yellow in the torso, you can get away with it pretty easily. Unless you have OCD, which I'm sure many members here do have(no offense)
