TheBrickDaddy Posted May 24, 2009 Posted May 24, 2009 Hi, I've been trying to upload photos for a set review off of my computer and it's not working out too well... What are the steps? (Because I know I'm doing something wrong...) Anything helps!
Natman8000 Posted May 24, 2009 Posted May 24, 2009 Well, it depend what you are doing. There are tutorials to uploading pics on the site I believe. If you use Flickr or any other one of those sites, make sure you get the URl for the real pic, not the page.

TheBrickDaddy Posted May 24, 2009 Author Posted May 24, 2009 Actually, the pics aren't from Brickshelf; they're just from my computer desktop (I just saved them there). The problem is that I can only upload two pictures to the post before it runs out of space (the limit is 100K). Will I have to post two parts to the review (even though it's a small set?)

That's why you need to join Brickshelf or some other place to store the pictures online. Then you won't reach your limit because you won't have one (at Brickshelf, for example) and could do the whole review and hundreds more without a problem. Great, isn't it?
Mraz Skintas Posted May 24, 2009 Posted May 24, 2009 Those are attachments. If you make a Flickr account, you get 100MB free a month. And the in a post, you click on and paste the URL for the image in the bar. To do this, right click the image, and then go down to 'copy image address.'
TheBrickDaddy Posted May 24, 2009 Author Posted May 24, 2009 Thanks everybody! The Brickshelf factor had just slipped my mind, I guess... Well, the review's done, 8968 River h=Heist in the Town forum. Thanks again!
