If your xbox-360 is still under warranty, you can contact microsoft's customer service via phone or internet and send in your console to be repaired. They will fix the xbox and it will be returned in about 4-6 weeks; free of charge.

But if your system is no longer under warranty, then you can still send it in but it will be quite costly to repair. Worst case scenario you can just buy a new xbox. :sceptic:

I had that happen to me in february, I was playin Cod 4 though. Um what I did was looked up " Xbox 360 error codes" from there on I determined the problem. Since I got it from cosco, I simply returned it, saving me the trouble of sending it to microsoft or fixing it myself. btw I think microsoft extended the warranty to 3 years. I'm not sure. As this has happened to me in the past, I know wat it feels like and I hope the info I gave you helps.

If you do have to buy a new xbox, get an arcade and switch hardrives...
