It says one folder is empty and the other is private. As most people know, I am incredibly bored at work, and need to see new things! Let me see this ship of yours!

Brickshelf folders need to be moderated before they become public viewable, please wait a few hours and then see again. Nothing wrong at all.

The ship looks very promising to me, I see a nice tumblehome in it, a nice bow and some cool photoshopping work.

I'm eager to see more of this beauty!

I can see it now, and I would like a side-view.

You said its based loosly on the "Surprise". Is this Lucky Jack Aubry's ship?

Also, it does belong in the MOC forum.

The HMS Surprise was Lucky Jack Aubry's ship indeed, the other one (L'Acheron) was the French 'spook' as they call it.

A moderator will move this topic soon, nothing wrong.

You won't die when a topic is posted in the wrong forum right? :pir-tongue:

YaY! I can see it as well! I'm not dissappointed! I really like the white curve on the hull, it turned out quite good!

The only thing I don't really like are the galleries on the cabin, they point out too much, perhaps by making the cabin slightly longer you can solve the problem.

Great work on the rigging as well, the crew looks nice and all the details as well.

Great job!

This is a very decent ship! It's got a fine shape, cool color schema, nice and rather realistic rigging. I find also some small details (like the way the anchor is connected) to be very accurate. I was hoping to find a picture of the stern (taken from the back side of the ship) but couldn't find one in the gallery. Maybe you could still add one? The stern of the ship is one of my favorite parts and it's got a lot of possibilities for adding small details and fantasies. In summary, a fine ship! I like it at lot!

Nice looking ship, i like the overall look. The colorscheme and the bow are also well done.

I do think that the cabin is too big, it sticks out the sides a bit much.

I also think that the wide stripe bends too much in the middle, it looks like something heavy fell on it and it got dented.

Just my 2 cents. :pir-wink:

Nice ship with cool details (anchor, ropes, ect)... :sweet:

Constructive criticism

--> Maybe you can make the cabin a little smaller.

--> Maybe you can put some yellow accents over the ship (you have it in the front but not in the middle or the back).

--> Maybe you could make the middle section straight (like Capt.Green Hair said; it looks like something heavy fell on it and it got dented).

I hope to see more of you in the future.

I think the curved white stripe should be in there, but less curved perhaps.

The sail at the back (don't know the English term) should be placed a bit lower.

The yellow accent in the front looks great, but I suggest to add some yellow bits in the stern as well, the midsection looks great this way.

The main mast could do with some more height.

Another few suggestions!
