I entered this topic hoping for some type of jackass comic or testing on minifigs. Wrong again.

On a sidenote if anyone wants to make some type of jackass minifig test then I would love to see it.

This is the LEGO News & General Discussion forum. Why would you expect to find a comic here? :hmpf_bad:

And what do you mean by "jackass minifig test"? Does this have something to do with that dumb TV show?

He means he was hoping that this topic would be about a recreation of a Jackass stunt in LEGO. The disclaimers say nothing about getting trained LEGO professionals to recreate the stunts, so I think it's quite a good idea! Somebody ought to do it along with the plane challenge!

In the case of lordofdragonss' theory, maybe Inferno sent her back to retrieve his father, but she fell in love with Ogel and decided to stay in the past with him instead.

Yeah, maybe... or the witch and Clawdette aren't related at all, and they just look similar. With Ogel, he doesn't just bear a physical resembelance to the wizard, but he has a skeleton army and a skull castle!

Then one of the mods should perhaps rename the topic to "Ogel Discussion Thread".

 Haha, we might get that soon.

This reminds me that death is usually something introduced at the end of a story. TLC's storylines are usually only the beginning of the story of a theme. They are just meant to spark the imagination of the player and it is up to the player to end the story. This way, he/she is also in charge of the decision if there is going to be deaths in the story or not.

Yep, that makes sense.

But not in this topic, it's alreayd gone off-topic once so far.

I just realized something. Clawdette and the Witch can't be the same person since Clawdette has a robotic arm and the witch doesn't. Unless she exchanged it for a prosthetic (wooden?) arm that looks so realistic that you can't tell the difference on the minifig.

So, either she is Clawdette's great, great, great, (...) grandmother, or as you suggested, they are not related at all. But I don't think that that's the case; there must be some connection...

Meditate on this, I will. :yoda:

Btw, I think the theory about Inferno being Ogel's son and carrying on his work would also make sense because Agents seems to be set a little further in the future than Alpha Team. The weapons and technology are more advanced. This wouldn't make as much sense in the case of the Agents timeline replacing the Alpha Team timeline since both stories would be set in the same point in time, but the technology would still be more advanced in one of them. But then again, that could just be another result of Ogel tempering with time.

Wow. This is getting confusing.

 True.

Yeah, I guess I can see how this could be funny. If someone wants to do it, go ahead, but as Shoc said, not in this topic.

What "plane challenge"? :look:

Maybe, and Ogel obviously changed his hook to a false hand (not too hard to do).

Agents is not all that more futuristic than Alpha Team really. They might even be the new Alpha Team, they only have an "A" on their costumes, and it's just the theme name that calls them Agents. Either way, Dr Inferno could easily be Ogel's son, or some other maniac completely unrelated to him.

But then again, that could just be another result of Ogel tempering with time.

Yep, it really is.

To add to this Ogel theory, I think it seems more appropriate that as Ogel's fourth scheme to take over the world and get rid of the Alpha team was to make an evil time machine and teleport to the past, change the future so that the Alpha team doesn't exist and the world is populated only by skeletons, then go back to the future and become leader of the world! Unfortunately, the Knights of the local Castle theme region foiled his plot by breaking his time machine and subduing his army. Now, trapped in the past, Ogel has given into his fate, and now spends his days as a crazed old magician who pesters the Knights from time to time with the odd skeleton attack.

Meanwhile, in the future, Ogel's tempering with time has meant that there is no Alpha Team, but there are the Agents instead. With Ogel's lack of presence in the future, Dr. Inferno has stepped in to fill the role of the evil villain faction. On a slightly unrelated note, Ogel's interference also caused a portal wormhole to open up in the middle of the earth, allowing the Power Miner rock monsters to come from the Rock Raider planet to start eating crystals here as well.

And in the alternate universe that splits if Ogel wins against the knights places him as the first emperor of the Britannian Empire; and a few thousand years later, Lelouch inherits a Geass like Ogel, except on the other eye:

I think Ogel is Inferno's college room mate (University of DOOM, of course) so they hang out a bit in one or the others lair  playing cards and shooting the breeze. Of course Agents and Alpha Team keep interuppting (but they argue a bit so Inferno and Ogel always get away).

(I love playing lego with my friend  we come up with some insane plots)

If they don't want any violence, then I don't see why there are a lot of guns in a lot of sets. I bought Shang Hi Chase some weeks ago and there were 4 revolvers. There used to be machine guns in the Batman line (I miss that theme) so if they don't want violence then I don't understand all the guns.

Hehe, it's not that long ago I realised that Ogel is Lego backwards  .

Ah, well here is the thing about liscenced sets, Lego wish to "stay true to the source" therefore the realistic guns turn up (Star Wars fans whinged about the megaphone blasters of old). This is why many dislike the liscenced sets.
