Uses for the handtruck

I decided to participate in the Reasonably Clever Handtruck Building Contest. My first entry is the Handtruck Robot.

Some handtrucks fell accidently into a big batch of toxic waist. Immediatly the five handtrucks melt together and they took a living form. The handtruck robot was born. It fights against the evil industrials who dump their toxic waist everywhere, and when it hasn't to fight against criminals, it just delivers some packages.

Comments would be appreciated.

I have two other entries in mind, I'll make them this weekend. =)

I was going to make a robot

I jest (I was really making one, but no biggie) I will share my ideas as I decided to just use it in a scene for my MOC.

I was planning on trying them as vents in space craft, detailing on a fast car (ferrari style) window sheilding on a post apocalyptic car/truck. a roof rack on a small car or a parcel rack on a motorcycle. Armour or shielding was my main idea.

One suggestion I'd have is to flip the "arms" around– seems like his "hands" (the lip of the carts) should be angling inwards instead of out, like they are currently, to better simulate the angle of an actual hand.

I tried and faild I only have two handtrucks so I was limited to a plan to use them as a torso. Unfortunately this didn't work well at all... I might try another later just for fun.

My entry is now a spaceship, of which I am yet to get pictures as the batteries died on my camera just as I was about to take the photo . I will have pictures up tommorrow and will link them here as well as in their topic and at reasonably clever.

Ooh, I would have never thought of a robo-handtruck

I couldn't even think of what to do with handtrucks in that contest. Probably because of the fact that I have no handtrucks!

Well, I'm not in for the prizes, actually. It's just fun to participate in contests. This was the first time I really thought of a good way to use those handtrucks, and with this I came up. They encourage you to be a little bit more creative, sometimes, those contests.

My two other entries are almost done, I think they'll be online this afternoon or so.
