Plastic Displays

I saw some pictures of the upcoming indy sets from the toy fair, and say this plastic display thing the plane is resting on, and thought they'd be awesome to have for my own displays. Does anyone know where they can be acquired?

I'd imagine that this kind of thing can be found in hobby shops for use in model displays.
