Looks great, very authentically tattered and torn!

Whatever happened to this guy?

He's had a long, hard life, but he's still not telling anyone where the treasure is hidden, that prize is all his... soon as he figures out a way off that damn island.

He still can't figure out why the TV crew didn't help him out after his guest shot on that silly gameshow. He's also uncertain if the baby is his or not. :look:

Don't ask. *huh*

Mud turned them brown.

Oh, I see, but that means he's, *gasp* filthy!

But the shirt decal looks very nice, like he wrestled a shark for it, the shark getting the lower half.

Yes, I believe that's what happened. He must have been washing it in the ocean after spilling spaghetti on it. The shark was attracted by the spaghetti and bit the shirt. Then they wrestled for it and Steve won.

Very well done, Hinckley.

It looks almost real, apart for the scarf, which isn't torn or dirty at all :look: Wonder how he managed to preserve it that way *huh*

Somewhere on EuroBricks there was also an comparison (sorry can't find it).

Maybe it was you how did this find ?

It's about this mini figure:

Cpt. Kirk.

I think it is more about how he has done a custom decal. It is much like the Lego version but he has changed the character. Good work by the way Mr Hinck. I see you have posted a few decals lately.

Regards, Cpt. PB

I know,... see and I quote: Very well done Hinckley... :classic:

But np.

Great job! Love the before and after detail! That torso is a custom right? :classic:

Yup! I altered the official and applied it with a waterslide decal.

Little off-topic... Hinckley (or someone else)... do you use MicroMark... or are there better waterslides under the sun. Thanks in advance !!

MicroMark is what I use and I have found it is much better than any other manufacturer. The white is better than others as well, but there are a lot of problems with white. I like the clear very much, but of course it depends on your printer for what you can print on it. I can't print solid inks so I stick to darker color designs on colored torsos or just use white torsos. It can be a bit of a challenge.
