It's a machine that a villain uses in an attempt to destroy a city. I don't know how it is supposed to work, and I'm not sure he does either. Why didn't it work, is it because one of the octopi is red? Or is it because he only used 6 octopi instead of 8? Who knows? It has a big important looking lever for him to throw though.
