Wolf Pack.... a great little "mercenary" theme that added much more dimension to the Lego Castle universe.

The black knights took my vote. I enjoy making heavily armored cavalry units. They look very impressive when line up or grouped together. Thanks for the link Norro, seeing all of those awesome castle sets made me wishing Lego sold those exact same models again,

I won't start the ninja debate again but suffice it to say I was looking for the fav line of the castle sub-themes that intteract... and fright knights just didn't make the cut ;)

I've always had a soft spot for the Royal Knight's as well... what a line.

I was never a big fan of Castle, however I choose Forestmen. I loved Robin Hood and those forest people were very appealing to me. I also liked their green outfits - it wasn't exactly a popular colour among minifigs before this line was introduced. The second place would go to Black Knights, but as I say I'm no expert in this subject.

I'd definately go for forestmen. They kicked megablocks back in the good ol' days when men was men and dragon could be fought around every sinister corner. Every man was for himself and the Sheriff stole the money and worshipped the devil - whom could you trust? Trust the merry forestmen and their fierce leader - Robin in the Hood or just Robin Hood. *wub* And now we have the Vikings to join the forestmen and release revenge upon the monastery at Lindisfarne and kick some butt...he he

I'm glad Black Knights and Wolf packs are in the lead... They are my two favs... though for sets I would have to give the forestmen the nod over the wolfpacks...
