The circular plate that I used only had small pieces making the cross in the central hole, I simply shaved these off and you are left with a circular hole that fits the minifig torso perfectly. Depends on the circular plate I think as I have some that are a solid cross all the way through, which I think that if this was all I had I would have drilled it. Quote
