City 7633 Construction Site Now Available at TRU

Well I decided to take another look at TRU today and what do my wondering eyes find. The new Lego construction site set 7633, It is sweet. My local TRU has three of the new city sets and four of the new Pirate sets on the shelves. and at 89.99 I just had to have it.

I asked if TRU plans on setting a new set or two out each week till Christmas and was told yes.......So now I have to find another job to pay for my Lego addiction.

I will post some pics if I ever find out how

Just sayin' that unless he's going to do a review I really dont see the point in a thread where he could just post it in the What I bought today thread...

I know how you feel about the set bullet8542. I happened to come across the set at my local TRU as well. I became very excited when I noticed TLG finally made standard green 1x1 slopes for the truck. I can't wait to see what other sets are released for 2009 with the same parts. I like the dark green, but I have been waiting for standard green for a couple of years now.

Thank you for the info regarding the periodic releases TRU will do from now until Christmas. I definitely will be checking out TRU more often just to see what they release.

sweet find. i wonder if TRU is doing a day after thanksgiving sale this year. they did last year in iowa. i found (but didnt buy) the passenger plane on sale for $5.00. at TRU!
