Guess there is a problem with resolution, the original was much bigger, so some differences cannot be seen very easily.

1011 is good for first look :)

It is MUCH easier if you blow the image up to full size and not use the reduced one. I saw 15-16 because I forgot if I counted one thing or not.

I saw eleven within the first minute I looked I guess the rest are more tricky to find.

I'm not the author, and I found this:

1. skull on pirate's hat

2. pirate's eyebrow

3. pirates tooth

4. handle on pirate's sword

5. indian's eye

6. indian's amulet

7. feather on indian's head

8. bandit's buttons

9. logo on bandit's hat

10. smile of a boy in red hat

11. tree top behind a boy

12. chef's buttons

13. policeman's mouth

14. policeman's tie (i was told this one)

15. blue stud under left chest

16. red gun handle on adventurer's torso

17. stud on the chest on the right

18. plastic spot on front wheel

19. front panel of left chest

20. badge on policeman's torso

Now, I'll ask the author to give us complete list of solutions, so we'll know the answer.

I think it really depends if you take the Mfs faces as several differences or just one (like RedBeard's face...)

But I agree with z_zadar, I also find 20 differences (I was at the 19th but looking at his list I noticed the 14th and I think you really must be told for seeing the microscopic difference on the policeman's tie )

And, I speak with author of that.

He gave me list of answers, and gues what. There is 22 of them. 2 more!! And when he told me what, I was quite shocked, cause they are quite obvious.

So.. i dare you! two more!

Yikes, I only caught 14. And I expected to have done rather well. I guess I would've been better off looking at the high-res images.
