Buttons Posted October 24, 2008 Posted October 24, 2008 (edited) As I am feeling in a creative mood I am going to be running a week long feature on vintage vehicles starting today with the aim of educating the part of thecommunity who are not aware of vintage vehicles about them Please be sure to check back daily for the next instalment. So here goes my first instalment: EDIT: I went on holiday! oops Today we have a VW bus from 1958. It is important to remember that Lego had access to most car manufactures so all there vintage vehicles were fully licensed. So this model does feature the famous VW logo. The iconic VW bus! ... With sadly a little damage. And again... Showing the logo of in all it's glory! The rear of the model that has somehow gone blurry with it's 50 years and counting. The underside which strangley is missing a logo and model name which you will see later in the week. Just for scale... So, I guess I will see you tomorow for the second instalment of "Vintage vehicles". Thanks Edited November 5, 2008 by Buttons Quote
Guss Posted October 24, 2008 Posted October 24, 2008 that's so cute does Use it in a moc is allowed ? that's a Lego toy, but not really from the " Lego brick " part of the factory, Lego used to sell "normal" toys like this before they released their famous brick, I don't know where you got it , but that's a really nice toy ! Well Guss, I have my ways but really though Guss you may have your specific interests with in the whole lego brand, well infact your quite a bad example as you are pretty much interested in well ... everything where as I on the other hand focus my interest in Lego into only a few specialist areas. So basically I just trawl ebay and there is a local toy fair on every two months. It may sound boring but I enjoy it Quote
