If Qui Gon had survived until ROTS this thread would not exist...  That's what...

It would exist but it would be titled "What if Qui Gon had died in The Phantom Menace?"

No it couldn't exist because that would be a completely different thread. Therefore that different thread would possibly exist in its place.

Well thanks for the replies. NO this thread wouldn't have existed but does that really matter?

Anyway I was originally making a Cin Drallig but the hair just looked wrong and I out him on a Obi Wan face and thought. Hey you know what that looks like? Sometime later I post an old Qui Gon Jinn.

Did you bought a new camera, cause these pics look a LOT of better than your previous ones. Did you use a mold for that hair or did you paint it?

It doesn't matter in the slighest, I was being a smart MegaBlok because that's what I do.

No I scanned these figs, my viggenette was a little too big to scan. ;)

As for the hair I just painted it. It looks really good though and is almost a perfect match to the new grey.

Firstly maybe Anakin would not have turned to the dark side and if he still did it probably would have ended with Qui Gon and Obi Wan vs Anakin. Or perhaps he would have helped Yoda. If Qui Gon did survive then the entire storyline would have changed. That would be interesting.

Nothing would have changed. Liam Neeson hated working with Lucas so much that he considered quitting acting altogether after TPM. There's no way he would have done extended filming for the next two movies.

Lucas may be one of the worst directors when it comes to getting the most out of his actors. You can see it in the prequels with the wooden acting by Hayden, Natalie, Samuel, and others.

Old Qui Gon, looking good! Does that piece also exist in flesh color?

I didn't know that... Apparently he can be a hell to work with. But the acting does seem better in the OT and Ian McDiarmid's is amazing to me.
