Technic bricks in other mocs?

I am able to purchase a large quantity of lego technic for cheap. The thing is, I dont like technic builds. Sorry, I know this is the technic forum so please bear with me!

But do you guys have maybe some examples of technic being used in moc's with the regular bricks? I'm curious to your ideas

You could use it for stability reasons. Don't have any examples of that though.

It all depends on what types of things you build. I would personally go by what you build first, and then find the pieces you want/need, rather than the other way round.

For example in large spaceships, a Technic inner structure is used to build a strong frame to keep everything together. Check out the big UCS Star Wars or other spaceship sets for examples. For example the 76354 Helicarrier has a big Technic frame in step 154, and the recent 75409 Slave ship in step 437.
