Vovuppi Posted June 14 Posted June 14 I've started my first MOC early February 26. I never did it before, I just wanted some sort of hybrid between red dragon from Dungeon and Dragons set (but it could not stand) and Medieval Dragon (which had cool brick-only wings) Inspired by nwn1 shape of the Lyrauroth P.S. If you like that set, you can vote for it at lego ideas via link below in order to get a chance for a LEGO review team to consider it as a real set. Thank you for your support, it is really appreciated! 🔗The Black Dragon — A Posable Brick-Built Beast | LEGO® Ideas Quote
Lyichir Posted June 14 Posted June 14 Very cool build! Dragons are always fun to build since them not being "real" creatures gives you a lot of creative freedom to give them unique designs. I love the hooked horns on this one, and the tan and black color scheme is distributed well to make sure every part is visually interesting (going too heavy on black can make it hard to make out features so the tan accents here really pop and help the shaping stand out). Clone OPatra Posted June 14 Posted June 14 Agreed! It's striking to go so high contrast with the colour scheme but you've balanced it well and it looks like it's got some great possibility too. Quote
Feuer Zug Posted June 16 Posted June 16 Wicked black dragon. It looks fierce and menacing. NPU on the horns and head. It really gives it the right feel. Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted June 18 Posted June 18 Very cool! The eyes and the green flame are very suggestive! Quote
JamesBuildsBrix Posted July 2 Posted July 2 You have some nice part usage going on here. Happy to say I have supported the project, best of luck! Quote
